This beautiful lamp embodies the liveliness of spring in the mountains outside of Santa Fe. The pink-hued, Boxelder branches were harvested in early spring, right when the new growth began to bud. Thai Unryu mulberry paper adorns the branches in a vibrant citron color. The paper is thinner than most (25 GSM), which allows for greater translucence, while the multiple panels give depth of color & opacity. The curved, slender branches of this lamp give it the impression of kinetic movement. It almost feels like this piece of art is dancing with the memory of a blustery April. Set on a triangular base with a cord and socket lighting unit. A 25W LED bulb should last for 25 years without needing to be changed.
