Snowmelt is a lovely lamp made of willow branches with fuzzy catkins on them. The willow was harvested in early spring, when snow was melting and grass beginning to green in places. After curing the branches for almost a year, the lamp was created during an unseasonably warm winter. This lamp reflects the seasonal changes with its crisp white paper and warm glow that brightens any space. This creation is permeated with hope for the future. Set on a triangular base with a cord and socket lighting unit. A 25W LED bulb should last for 20 years without needing to be changed.
