Lamp is intended for indoor use only. Place on flat, level surface away from direct sunlight and any chance of water damage. Turn off when not in use.

Once batteries in puck light expire, replace with 3 rechargeable AAA batteries.

In the event lamp needs repair, contact the artist with a picture of the damage and she will send a quote for the repair. Buyer will be responsible for cost of packing and shipping.

We ship via USPS , UPS or FedEx depending upon which is most cost effective. Shipping costs anywhere from $30 - $100 depending on the size of the lamp. All packages are insured for the value of the lamp.

Due to the delicate nature of items that are made with natural materials, the lamps are prepared with packing peanuts and/or bubble wrap, and then double boxed. All packages are insured for the value of the lamp.

If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact LUMEN within 2 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage incurred to your item. Payment will be cancelled and claim will be submitted to the shipping company.

LUMEN is not liable for lost or stolen packages. LUMEN will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if packages are lost or stolen due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.

Although each object is described and photographed to the best of our ability, handmade objects are unique and imperfect. Minor variables are not considered to be defects or damage. All items are carefully inspected and lovingly packed prior to shipping. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
